- the first § must contain= what you ask exactly and the key details for the decision and the other poeple who agree/disagree with it
- The second § concerns the Background information required to understand the context. Useless information should be excluded.
- The 3rd § contains the basis of the recommendation = the reason why the decision should be taken.
- The 4th § contains the details (quantities, costs, timing). Possily also wth other alternatives were not recommended.
- The 5th § concerns the next steps. What needs to be done, when and who should do it.
