Answer the question: Why is it that leadership is "stupid" today?

The following topics can be treated:

• Leadership today is directive, control driven, based upon old-fashioned ideas about organizing. It destroys entrepreneurship.
• Describe how the old control-style is different from 'servant leadership'. Why is this concept relevant in modern organizations?
• What are the consequences of the question: 'How can I, as a leader, contribute to the moments of truth of my subordinates?'
• What does it mean for a leader that 'Races are not won by increasing one's speed at the end, but rather by not slowing down'. = managing "the links between" is more important than managing entities.
• Apply some concepts learned during the seminar.

You may also strictly follow the course outline (ideas and concept seen during the seminar) but you should try to surprise me with an innovative point of view!

You can use theories not seen during the course. If you do so, it is not necessary to detail them.
